Zapphire Boy is a son of Zafferano, out of a mare by Hohenstein II. He combines dressage-oriented bloodlines with natural jumping ability, three quality gaits, and a powerful hind end. His striking buckskin coat makes him a head-turner, while his calm, confident, and amateur-friendly temperament makes him a pleasure to work with.
Zapphire will make his competition debut in 2027, with a development program focused primarily on show jumping. We also plan to campaign him in the hunter and eventing rings as time allows, showcasing his versatility across disciplines.
A complete set of radiographs has been reviewed, with no significant findings. He is tested n/n for both PSSM1 and FFS.
